Collab has been named a winner for the Best Awards and took home the Gold Technology trophy. The award ceremony was presented by the Portuguese Contact Centers Association (APCC), during its 2019 Annual International Conference. The event took place on the 3rd of June at the Estoril Congress Center, under the theme Contact Centers Portugal: A Cornerstone of the Economy.
This annual conference gathers the leading Portuguese companies on the industry and recognizes the best organizations through the Best Awards APCC. Collab is a regular on the event and this is the 7th consecutive year as a winner.
For this year’s event, Collab partnered up with Axians and welcomed the attendees in a surprising way: with a hologram.
